Sandro Lanni - President
Sandro Lanni is the founder and president of Charter School Management Corporation (CSMC).

Miles Denniston - Vice President
Miles Denniston is Vice President of CSMC and assists the company with its marketing, strategy and sales efforts. Previously, Denniston worked with the Charter Schools Development Center providing in-depth consulting to individuals and groups seeking to found a charter school. Denniston also was the Managing Director and founding team member of Oakland School for the Arts, a charter high school dedicated to the arts in downtown Oakland. Additionally, he founded the San Francisco-based nonprofit Youth for Environmental Service (YES).

Ed Soriano - Account Manager, San Diego Area
Ed Soriano has been working for 14 years in the public school business administration. His major accomplishments were the development of the Charter School Business Manager’s Meeting (which CCSA has now taken over) and developing the Charter School Technician desk as a valuable resource for San Diego County charter schools and school districts. Soriano has directly managed at least 10 charter schools in San Diego County ranging from start ups to well established charter school networks.


Sonali Tucker, Ed.D. - Account Manager, Los Angeles Area
Sonali Tucker is an account manager for CSMC based in the Los Angeles office. Sonali has 8 years in the charter school industry and is a adjunct faculty lecturer at Loyola Marymount University where she teaches graduate students in education.


Doug Hering - Account Manager, Colorado Area
Doug Hering is an account manager for CSMC in the Colorado Office. He is a frequent speaker at the National Charter School Conference and is the former CFO at The Classical Academy Charter School in Colorado. Doug’s speaking topics have ranged from strategic teacher compensation to balancing financial tensions in charter schools.
